Refunds and Returns

Huvanity Footwear's Return and Refund Policy:

At Huvanity Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at design@pfloydjr.com. Any claims deemed to be our error will be covered at our expense.

Return Address:

The return address for all Huvanity Footwear products is set to our facility by default. Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to use a different return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments received.

Wrong Address:

If you or your end customer provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments:

Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for any reshipment costs to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer:

We recommend that your contact us before returning any products. In accordance with California law, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described, and issue a refund or replacement for any lost or damaged items during shipment. Returns for size exchanges will be offered at your expense and discretion.

Notification for EU Consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Huvanity Footwear reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with California law and the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Please note that if you haven't registered an account on huvanity.shoes and added a billing method, any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
