Corporate Statement on Forced Labor

Huvanity Footwear is committed to ensuring that forced labor is not used in any part of its supply chain. Our Global Code of Conduct for Business Partners strictly prohibits the use of forced labor and any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including termination of the business relationship.

We take our ethical and legal responsibilities seriously and are actively working to improve oversight of our supply chain partners and their extended supply chains. Our Business Partners must certify their compliance with our Code of Conduct, which promotes fair and ethical work practices. We also work with third-party experts to independently review our supply chain and verify the information provided by our suppliers.

Our efforts to prevent forced labor extend beyond finished goods and include the sourcing of raw materials. We remain committed to ensuring that all workers involved in the production of Huvanity Footwear products are treated with the highest standards of safety and well-being. We also comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to manufacturing, importation, and exportation of our products.

Furthermore, we believe that preventing forced labor should be a priority for the entire apparel and footwear industry and we continue to collaborate with industry trade groups to find global solutions to this complex issue.
